What does it mean????

So, a few weeks ago, I'm driving my car to meet a friend. And I didn't have any change in my car but I needed to park on the street to meet him on time for lunch. So, I decided to pray. I asked God to let me find a parking meter that someone had left some time on-- at least until I could get some change from Wendy's and run back to my car and put it into the meter. And he answered my prayer. Closest spot to Wendy's too. I bought some food, ran back to my car, put enough for an hour, and went to have lunch with my friend. I came back up 1 hour and 3 minutes later to find a ticket on my windshield. What does it mean??? :)
