WOW! It's been a while. I would like to dedicate this post to C.S. Lewis. So here's some of my favorite quotes from him(he makes me think):

"We were promised sufferings. They were part of the program. We were even told, 'Blessed are they that mourn.'"

"Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket--safe, dark, motionless, airless--it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable.”

“Though our feelings come and go, God’s love for us does not.”

“Experience: that most brutal of teachers. But you learn, my God do you learn.”

"God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks to us in our conscience, but shouts in our pains: It is His megaphone to rouse a deaf world”

“Love is not affectionate feeling, but a steady wish for the loved person's ultimate good as far as it can be obtained”

Ummm... This guy is just good...
